A class focused purely on the two Olympic lifts – the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. Classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced, and the focus is on breaking down the techniques of these two lifts. Run by head coach and 2017 National Gold medalist, Commonwealth Games Trials competitor and Australian Representative, Parisa Hayeri.

These 30 minute conditioning sessions are high intensity workouts designed to get you sweating, with no weights or high skill movements. Suitable for any fitness level as everyone can work at their own pace!
